Refund and Return Policies – Hustle Tech
- Exchange / Return: You can return / Exchange products within 7-10 days of receiving them and you can get fresh product in next 7 days after we will recreceiving the product
- Report Damage Quickly: If your product is damaged, please let us know within 48 hours. Make sure to send a video as proof of the damage.
- Return Shipping Cost: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. All returned items must be in original packaging and unused, except for issues reported.
- No-Returns Certain: We do not accept returns if the product is broken, burnt out, water-damaged, scratched and if any items from the original box are missing.
- No Refund for Opened Products: Opened products that are not damaged or defective are not eligible for a refund. because no change of mind option is avaiable
- Customer Support Assistance: If you have any questions or need help with returns or exchanges or refund, our support team is here to help.
- Documentation for Returns: Keep your purchase receipt or order confirmation as proof of your transaction.
- Refunds to Original Payment Method: if you passed for refund, then Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
