  1. Exchange / Return: You can return / Exchange products within 7-10 days of receiving them and you can get fresh product in next 7 days after we will recreceiving the product

 

  1. Report Damage Quickly: If your product is damaged, please let us know within 48 hours. Make sure to send a video as proof of the damage.

 

  1. Return Shipping Cost: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. All returned items must be in original packaging and unused, except for issues reported.

 

  1. No-Returns Certain: We do not accept returns if the product is broken, burnt out, water-damaged, scratched and if any items from the original box are missing.

 

  1. No Refund for Opened Products: Opened products that are not damaged or defective are not eligible for a refund. because no change of mind option is avaiable
